Go Chlo Pilates classes are suitable for all levels. All classes are rooted in Physiotherapy knowledge and Pilates principles. Pregnancy: all classes safe for first trimester, only prenatal Pilates safe for second and third trimester.
THE POSTURE SERIES
Pilates for your posture, included in your membership
A four week Pilates program designed to improve and maintain your posture. The Posture Series uses strengthening, stretching and stability exercises to build endurance in the postural stabilisers, increase body awareness and improve range of motion in the neck, shoulders and spine. With a focus on the upper back, shoulder and spine, The Posture Series will help release postural tension and tightness and leave you feeling your best.

THE RUNNING SERIES
Your compact running guide to help you run better
A Pilates specific running guide to improve your running performance and reduce your chances of running related injury. The Running Series focuses on the three most important muscles groups for running; the calves, the glutes and the core. These areas are targeted with running specific Pilates workouts that aim to build strength, stability and control. Specialised warm ups and cool downs, as well as longer recovery sessions are also included to further encourage muscle performance and recovery.
