ABOUT CHLOE

At the start of 2020, after many years working as a Physiotherapist (Physical Therapist) and Master Pilates Instructor, Go Chlo Pilates was born. Chloe has a deep understanding of technique, the anatomy and physiology of movement as well as the power of the human body. We hope that you feel that difference.
 
We aim to empower you through movement, giving you confidence to explore new ways to build strength, endurance and mobility. Let’s move!

Pilates

A Go Chlo staple. Whole body workout focusing on strength, stability, control and muscular endurance.

Let's have some fun.  

Express Pilates

Fasted-paced, dynamic, full body workout. A flowing class of movement and power to strengthen & feel good! Let's move together. 

Elevate your heart rate and build muscular endurance with high intensity, low impact exercises. Let's get strong and sweaty!

High Intensity Pilates
Strength + Stretch

 

Perfect combination of strengthening and juicy stretches to leave you feeling both strong and flexible. Give that body what it needs!

Mat Pilates + Weights

A true full body experience using hand weights, that will build strength and power throughout your body. Let's do it.  

Movement Snacks

 

10 - 20 minute mini Pilates workouts with specific goals, for when you're short on time but want to fit in a spicy workout. 

Prenatal
Pilates

Whole body workouts focusing on deep strength, stability and control to prepare your body for pregnancy and beyond.

Transformative practice to help strengthen and reconnect with your body with focus on pelvic floor, diastasis and specific postnatal stretches.

Postnatal
Pilates

Go Chlo Pilates classes are suitable for all levels. All classes are rooted in Physiotherapy knowledge and Pilates principles. 

Shoes optional. Pregnancy: all classes safe for first trimester, only prenatal Pilates safe for second and third trimester.
