As a physiotherapist, my mission has always been to make Pilates accessible to everyone, and provide beginners with the foundations needed to get started on the mat.

THE BEGINNER PILATES SERIES
This 4 Week program is for you if you:
• Are new to Pilates •
• Want a refresher on some of the basic Pilates principles •
• Are recovering from an injury •
• Are postnatal and returning to exercise •
• Want to get stronger, improve your flexibility and feel your absolute best •
Your introduction week. Welcome! These classes introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates and allow you to feel comfortable on the mat. It's not a scary place to be, we promise! Included in this week is the How To Series - where we break down to How To of common exercises. Squats and planks will soon be your bread and (peanut) butter!
HOW TO SERIES
Ever wondered if you'e doing a squat correctly? What about a plank? Or a bridge?
We'll help you understand common Pilates exercises by breaking down the movements step by step, and showing you ways you can modify to suit your body.
Very soon, you'll be a confident Pilates superstar and we couldn't be prouder!
BEGINNER PILATES AT HOME
Library of over 200 online Pilates classes. Huge variety of classes (because we love to keep it spicy) ranging from 10 minute stretch classes to 45 minute whole body strength sessions, and everything in between.
Learn the foundations of Pilates, building strength and stability through different layers of muscles in the body, while building your breath connection. This transformative practice can have huge impacts on you physically and emotionally.
Physiotherapy and Pilates principles are embedded within every class. This ensures that you leave each Pilates with foundational strength translating into the way you walk, run and move throughout the day.
