THE RUNNING SERIES
Your compact running guide to help you run better
A Pilates specific running guide to improve your running performance and reduce your chances of running related injury. The Running Series focuses on the three most important muscles groups for running; the calves, the glutes and the core. These areas are targeted with running specific Pilates workouts that aim to build strength, stability and control. Specialised warm ups and cool downs, as well as longer recovery sessions are also included to further encourage muscle performance and recovery.
