The Location
Nestled in the Byron Hinterlands, Tides Estate is a majestic two story villa overlooking the orchards, rainforests and ocean. The property has two pools, a hot tub, state of the art amenities and is surrounded by macadamia plantations. It is the perfect place to relax, disconnect and immerse yourself in movement and self care. Perfectly located, we will be just a short drive from the beach and Byron Bay town.

Optional daily activities: relaxing by the pool, hiking in the Byron Hinterlands, visiting Byron Bay town for the day, spend the day at the beach, enjoying your included Ayurvedic massage, or take an afternoon nap

Lunch of fresh seasonal salads, wraps and snacks
5:00pm
Group Pilates class: full body restorative practice to relieve tension and tightness in the body
6:30pm
Group dinner of fresh vegetarian food like Vietnamese tofu salads, rice paper rolls and bao buns

Drink wine, stargaze, enjoy the beautiful surroundings and relax with new friends

Full payment is due 2 months prior to the retreat start date.

How To Get There
15 minute drive from Ballina Airport
50 minute drive from Gold Coast airport
30 minute drive from Byron Bay centre
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made two months prior to retreat start date will receive a full refund, less the $800 AUD deposit.
Cancellations made within two months of the start date will receive a refund only if the space is filled.
In this scenario, the amount paid can be used towards a future retreat, less the deposit.
If the retreat is cancelled due to COVID restrictions, it will be rescheduled to the nearest possible date.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance that will cover any unexpected cancellation.
The retreat host reserves the right to cancel the retreat for any reason. In this case, all payments will be refunded.
